Welcome to Trip Tracka. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trip Tracka website, mobile applications, services, features, and tools (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using Trip Tracka, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Trip Tracka

Trip Tracka is a travel management and tracking platform designed to help users:
- Record travel expenses
- Track travel locations
- View travel routes and maps
- Organise trip information
- Generate travel insights and reports
- Share selected travel information
- Participate in referral and affiliate programs

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trip Tracka.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You can legally enter into binding agreements
- The information you provide is accurate
- You will comply with all applicable laws

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

- Reverse engineer or copy the Platform

- Upload viruses or malicious software

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Subscription Services

Some features of Trip Tracka may require a paid subscription.

Subscription details, pricing, and included features will be displayed at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you agree that:
- Payments are billed in advance
- Subscription fees may recur automatically unless cancelled
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details

6. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Trip Tracka operates under a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

By purchasing any subscription, digital product, premium feature, or service through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind
- No refunds will be issued for unused subscriptions
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
- No refunds will be issued after account cancellation
- No refunds will be issued for accidental purchases

You are responsible for reviewing all features and pricing before purchasing.

Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Affiliate Program

Trip Tracka may offer an affiliate or referral program.

By participating, you agree:
- Not to use misleading or deceptive marketing
- Not to spam or engage in unethical promotion
- That commissions may be withheld for suspicious activity
- That Trip Tracka may modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time

Affiliate payouts are subject to verification and platform rules.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Trip Tracka, including:
- Photos
- Expense data
- Travel records
- Notes
- Maps and trip information

By uploading content, you grant Trip Tracka a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to:
- Store
- Process
- Display
- Backup
- Improve Platform functionality

You are solely responsible for your uploaded content.

9. Travel & Location Data

Trip Tracka may collect and process GPS and travel location data to provide:
- Live maps
- Route tracking
- Travel analytics
- Trip summaries

You acknowledge that:
- Location tracking may not always be perfectly accurate
- You use travel and map features at your own risk
- Trip Tracka is not responsible for travel decisions made using the Platform

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, logos, software, graphics, and features are owned by Trip Tracka or its licensors.

You may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Resell
- Distribute
- Modify
- Create derivative works

without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Trip Tracka may integrate with third-party services including:
- Payment providers
- Mapping providers
- Analytics tools
- Affiliate software
- Social media platforms

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

12. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Trip Tracka available at all times, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:
- Modify features
- Perform maintenance
- Suspend services temporarily
- Remove features without notice

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Tracka is not liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Travel disruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Errors in maps or tracking
- Service interruptions

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trip Tracka, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your content
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Your use creates legal or security risks

You may stop using the Platform at any time.
